Maryland’s Conservation Partnership

            The Carroll Soil Conservation District is a member of Maryland’s Conservation Partnership, a coalition of federal, state and local agriculture agencies dedicated to protecting and conserving natural resources and promoting Maryland agriculture by providing a range of educational, financial, technical assistance and regulatory programs.
