Welcome and thank you for your interest in registering for the 2026 MASCD Annual Meeting.  Below you will find registration options for you and your guests. 

Please note that the off site dinner on Monday evening is separate ticket and is not included in any of the registration prices.  

Ticket Options

  • Full Registration– Includes all meetings at the Annual Meeting and all meals served at the Hyatt (Tuesday breakfast, lunch and dinner, and Wednesday breakfast)
  • Lifetime Member Registration– Available to Life Members only.  Includes everything that the full registration does.
  • Monday Only– Includes all meetings on Monday only.  Off Site dinner is not included in this price.
  • Tuesday Only– Includes all meetings on Tuesday only as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  • Wednesday Only– Includes all meetings on Wednesday only as well as breakfast Wednesday.

Meal Options 

If your registration options include one or more meals, you will be asked to enter your meal choices for each registration at checkout:

  • Breakfast– Buffet breakfast will be served on Tuesday and Wednesday
  • Tuesday Lunch– Lunch will be a buffet  
  • Tuesday Dinner– Dinner will be a plated 3-course dinner 

Extras

Monday Evening Off Site Dinner (requires separate ticket)– Off-site dinner at Horn Point Pavilion. Dinner includes:

  • Broiled Crab Cake- (Staff Served, (1) 5oz Per Person)
  • Other Main Courses:  Steamed Shrimp & Baked Marinated Chicken
  • Sides: Macaroni and Cheese & Green Bean Casserole
  • Spring Mix Garden Salad (Ranch, Honey Mustard and Balsamic)

Registration Instructions:

  1. To select each ticket type you wish to purchase click “Add to cart” for each ticket type. (You will have the opportunity to adjust quantities in your cart, if needed.)
  2. When you have added all the tickets that you would like to purchase, click on “Cart” on any line where you’ve added a ticket or click on the blue cart icon below. 
  3. On the next page you will be prompted to enter attendee info and meal choices. You’ll also be able to pay for registrations instantly via Paypal, or let us know that you’ll be paying by check.
