Eligibility: A current college undergraduate who has demonstrated the desire to major in natural resources and/or conservation related degree program (2 year technical, Associate or Bachelor’s degree).
Garrett SCD
Eligibility: Garrett County student in pursuing a degree in agriculture, natural resources or related environmental fields. Eligibility guidelines now allow college students and previous winners to apply, as well as high school seniors and individuals that have graduated but will be attending college in the fall.
Talbot SCD

Eligibility: Graduating senior or current college student pursuing a degree focused on agricultural or civil engineering, or an agricultural related program specifically addressing natural resources and/or conservation.
