Eligibility guidelines now allow college students and previous winners to apply, as well as high school seniors and individuals that have graduated but will be attending college in the fall.

Eligibility: Graduating senior or current college student pursuing a degree focused on agricultural or civil engineering, or an agricultural related program specifically addressing natural resources and/or conservation.
